Pomora Spinach Ricotta Dumplings With Spicy Marinara Sauce

This spicy delight of a dish was created by Lisa at All Good Things - many thanks to her!
Just beware, this recipe uses Pomora chili-flavoured olive oil and therefore has a large spicy kick to it!
Ingredients to serve 2 people, takes 25 minutes:
3 tbsp Pomora Chili-Flavoured Olive Oil
3 cups marinara sauce
salt and freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry and finely chopped
2 cups whole-milk ricotta cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
2 large egg yolks
Pinch of grated nutmeg
