Pomora Springtime Chicken Tagliatelle

This lovely recipe was invented by our good friends at Bangers and Mash - many thanks to them!
Now that spring has sprung (although judging by the weather, winter is not too far from returning!), this is a great springtime treat using the freshest asparagus and broccoli, combined with chicken and Pomora olive oil.
Ingredients for 2-4 portions of tagliatelle:
2 large chicken breasts, skinned and diced
Large knob of butter
Pomora Extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp crème fraiche
A squeeze of lemon juice
50g Parmesan, grated
Salt and pepper
9 asparagus spears
350g purple sprouting broccoli
375g dried tagliatelle (or 450g fresh)
