Pomora Tagliatelle with Cherry Tomatoes, Artichokes and Feta

The simple, yet delicious, pasta dish takes only ten minutes to prepare so is perfect if you are in a rush - but the flavours can be savoured for hours afterwards.  Enjoy combining the tagliatelle with cherry tomatoes, artichokes, feta cheese and rocket - plus a wholesome splash of Pomora extra virgin olive oil.
 


INGREDIENTS:

Ingredients to serve 1 person, takes 10 minutes:

100g fresh tagliatelle
2 tbsp Pomora extra virgin olive oil
130g cherry tomatoes
90g artichokes in oil
30g feta cheese
20g rocket leaves
1 handful basil leaves
freshly ground black pepper
