Shipping Update for Overseas Customers for the Spring Quarter 2020

We are aware that many, if not all, our overseas customers are still awaiting delivery of their spring packs of oil. We are sorry for the delay with your oil packs.

We shipped all the spring packs on the morning of Sat 11th April via Royal Mail's International Priority service for our overseas customers. Under normal circumstances, this service has an estimated delivery time of 6-8 working days. Of course, we are not under normal circumstances at present.

We have reached out to our account manager at Royal Mail to try to get an estimate of when delivery will take place but have not yet had a reply to our email. The Royal Mail website provides updates for international shipments but the information is not very specific. It is, however, the best information we have at present.

We will continue to seek further information about when the packs might be delivered and will update this blog post when we have any new information. We are sorry that we can't be more specific about when the packs will arrive and we appreciate your patience and understanding during these most difficult times. Look after yourselves and stay safe.

Update 15:00, 5th May 2020

We have received a reply from Royal Mail regarding delays to USA:

"As you can appreciate, many of the International flight links have been removed or are just not available. We are having to hold mail at Heathrow until a suitable flight becomes available. Although capacity to USA is limited, we have been managing to get flights for all of our mail.

"The big difference is the items have to travel on Freight Aircraft and these are not processed as quickly as Passenger Aircraft. We are aware of delays in most USA entry points with USORD and USJFK being the worst at present. Please allow a little longer for processing. I can assure you that your Max Sort items would have been dispatched."

CANADA Update 31st July 2020

We have received a reply from Royal Mail regarding delays to Canada:

"CANADA DELAYS: All mail being sent from the UK to Canada is facing severe delays because of the on-going impact of COVID-19 and record volumes of traffic being received in Canada. We are processing the mail as normal in the UK, but delays are taking place once the mail reaches the Canadian border. As a result, we are unable to advise on likely delivery times."
