Pomora Lemon Ricotta Bruschetta

Really quick to prepare, yet simply delicious, this is an elegant starter for any dinner party - or just for to treat yourself at home. The creamy mix of smooth ricotta cheese, zesty lemon, sweet basil and Pomora olio nuovo (for that added freshness) all works perfectly loaded on top of crunchy bruschetta. Grab a glass of white wine and get the party started!
Ingredients for 12 slices, takes 15 minutes:
1 French baguette
60ml Pomora extra virgin olive oil
1 large garlic clove
16 oz ricotta cheese
2 tbs honey
3 tbs chopped basil
salt to taste
